Return Policy: 

At Manzil Home Collection, we strive to make quality products that fit and cater to each individuals personal style and needs. We do understand that there will be instances where one may not be satisfied with their purchase and a return is necessary. We have created a easy return policy to cater to those who may have a change in mind or are not satisfied with their purchase. 

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your order to send it back for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  A 15% restocking fee is applicable to all returns to cover the cost associated with processing a refund. Please note that your refund amount will reflect the restocking fee when processed. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.

* Please note- A restocking fee can be waived if you choose to exchange the item for another item of equal or higher value (difference will be charged along with the new shipping charges).


To start a return, you can contact us at support@manzilhomecollection.com. We will provide further information on how to send back your order for a refund. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items In Transit
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and guide further on a resolution. Please be sure to email us at support@manzilhomecollection.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order for any such issues. Any claim made after the 48 hours will not be accepted. Manzil Home Collection reserves the rights to decline returns/exchanges for items that are not in the proper condition due to misuse or damage by the customer.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders of any type cannot be returned- Custom order items are created specifically for you and hence to no return policy on these items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These are considered final sale.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the return is approved, we will process a refund and you will get an email notification of the return/refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund- the general turn around time for most financial institutions is 3-5 days.

Order Delivery Issues

Please note that our goal is to provide fast and efficient service to our dear clients. Once an order ships, we will no longer be responsible for that item once it leaves our office. If the item shows delivered but the client has not received it- we will guide you to file a claim with the postal carrier that has handled the order. 

If you live in a known area where package theft is common- Please email us at the time of ordering with your order number and a special instruction to add "signature confirmation" to the package at the time of shipping. Charges will apply for this special service.

International Orders

Please note that it is not Manzil Home Collection's responsibility to cover any customs or duty charges. This is the responsibility of the client.
